I recommend reading the instructions and then practising somewhere quiet with your eyes closed;
It requires you to use your imagination.
Visualise a bright candle.
The candle represents your awareness.
Now visualise a vast space, within this space reside all thoughts, ideas and emotions;
This vast space is your mind.
Now, using your imagination, take the candle and light up the idea, or emotion that you’d like to bring into awareness.
You will realise, you have already been doing this. You have been focussing on whatever your current mood is right now.
Whatever you focus on, becomes your reality. Focus, light up, illuminate, that which you want to be.
Finally, be mindful of your language. For example – In English, you might say “I am depressed“. This isn’t true. The correct way would be to say; “Depression is with me today”
I AM are THE most powerful words. Whatever you put after I AM… you become.
As I write this, I am affirming the following to myself.
I am helping people to awaken the warrior within, with love in my heart.
