Does survival of life require the eating of life?
Question asked by Jack Newburg.
In terms of eating animals:
Human beings do not need to consume other sentient beings to survive.
In terms of eating life:
We need an input of energy to survive.
Plants are life.
Survival is about exchange of energy.
A constant flow, a cycle…
One plants a seed >
The seed must die to create the plant >
The plant must die to provide energy for sustained life >
The body must die as it has physical limitations in terms of longevity >
The soul / essence lives on >
So the cycle repeats.
