My journey began in 1996 after reading a book on Bruce Lee - The Warrior Within. It transformed my thinking and changed my direction in life. From that moment I dedicated my time to the study of Eastern philosophy. My contemplative studies began with Buddhism, Hinduism and the Tao.

The path led to the esoteric and then shamanic practices and as I joined the pieces from many wise and ancient cultures; I realised they are all connected.

With such a growing interest in spirituality, I am humbly ready to share what I have learnt. The ancient teachings I offer are universal and boundless, passed on from wiser generations. 

These simple lessons in finding balance, inner-peace and true happiness are needed now more than ever. We need to heal ourselves so we can heal the world. The world that we're currently destroying at an alarming rate.

Through this practice, I’ve been able to overcome many fears and learnt to become ultimately healthy and eternally grateful. I feel blessed to share these teachings with you.
